Warranty

Sorrel'e & Co jewellery all come standard with a 30 day warranty period. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials. We will offer a repair or replacement once the item has been proven to be faulty. Warranty does not cover chain breakage, loss, general wear and tear, tarnishing or fading of plated jewellery.

Proof of purchase required for all warranty claims.

All our jewellery is checked by our jeweller and our team, on a the odd occasion there may be a rare fault, if you have received a faulty product we will be more than happy to replace if purchased within the warranty period.
